The SSNIT Students Loan has recently been replaced by Students' Loan Trust Fund to administer the Scheme to provide Loans for Students at Tertiary Institutions. UCOMS Students qualify to obtain such Loans which is payable after graduation.
Academic Excellence (Tuition Assistance Scholarship)
A Student who exhibits academic excellence by obtaining a total average of 75% at the end of the Second Semester Exams qualifies for this Scholarship. Thus, the Award carries 15% rebate on the total Tuition Fee to be paid at the next Academic Year Class.
Hostel facilities are available in Kumasi and Accra Campuses and are owned by Private Organisations and charges range from GH¢450.00 to GH¢600.00 per year. Students interested should make requests in advance to the College's Accommodation Officer not later than two weeks before re-opening.
Students should make provision of not less than Gh¢ 100.00 to purchase recommended Text Books and Handouts.

This two-year Programme offers a good preparation to students to have a feel of their major Course of Study and enhance effective selection of what Programme to study at their Levels 300 and 400.
The choice of your selected Degree Programme could be changed after Level 200 and in addition one could opt to change Campuses. From the details given below of the Named Degrees, some students shall have the opportunity to be at the same Campus where they did their Levels 100 and 200 General Studies or shall join their Colleagues at the appropriate Campus where their selected Degree Programme is offered.
